The ideal candidate holds an industry licence, possesses a valid driver’s licence and demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Training and support are provided to help you grow in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Handle preliminary enquiries from prospective tenants and provide information from the rental list.
• Maintain a high commitment to excellence in customer service.
• Actively seek to lease listed properties in a timely manner.
• Assist with promotional activities.
• Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants.
• Carry out tenant reference checks.
• Achieve and report to management on set KPIs.
• Attend internal training and meetings to stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
• The full-time position will involve Saturday work, with one day off during the week.

Attractive salary package + commissions with an opportunity to earn circa $100k per year.

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Handle preliminary enquiries from prospective tenants when able providing general information from the rental list
• Maintain a high commitment to excellence in customer service
• Actively set out to lease listed properties in a timely manner
• Assist with promotional activities
• Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants
• Carry out tenant reference checking processes
• Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators
• Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresas well as relevant legislation

The full-time position will involve Saturday work, with one day off during the week
