Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Western Sydney is seeking a Leasing Consultant / Junior Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team. You will support across leasing and property management with hands-on training and clear progression paths.

Your duties include inspections, handling leasing enquiries and applications, liaising with tenants, coordinating repairs, issuing work orders, assisting with lease renewals and insurance claims, and supporting administration across multiple Western

Due to a team member relocating, they are looking for a Leasing Consultant / Junior Property Manager to join their close-knit Property Management team.

Role

Working Monday to Saturday with a weekday off, you will support the Property Management team across a varied portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to continue developing their career within property management. You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within real estate, leasing or property management
• Certificate of Registration
• Driver's license and reliable car
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with Property Tree would be advantageous
