NewU Recruitment in Perth’s Western Suburbs seeks a dedicated Leasing Manager to oversee the rent roll, lease conversions and premium service for landlords and tenants.

You’ll work with the Property Management team to drive leasing activity across the portfolio, conduct home opens and handovers, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance‑rewarded environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Leasing, Assistant Property Management or Property Management - experience is essential.
• Current WA Property Management Registration and CPD points
• Exceptional presentation, communication and people skills
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• A proactive, energetic attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• The confidence to work autonomously while being a strong team player
• Strong computer skills PropertyTree experience highly regarded
• Current Australian driver’s licence

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the dedicated Leasing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Property Management team to ensure properties are leased efficiently, professionally and with a premium level of service.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Managing all leasing activity across the rent roll
• Responding to property enquiries via phone and email
• Conducting home opens and private viewings
• Meeting, qualifying and building rapport with prospective tenants
• Processing tenancy applications
• Conducting new tenant handovers
• Maintaining strong communication with landlords and the Property Management team
• Ensuring properties are leased quickly while maintaining exceptional service standards

THE WORKING WEEK

This Is a Permanent, Full-time Position Working

4 weekdays + Saturday

Saturday hours will vary from week to week depending on the number of home opens booked giving you a little more flexibility while still being rewarded for your results.

About You
