Job summary

Core Advisory in Melbourne's south-east is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant/Leasing Manager to support its growing property management portfolio. You will manage the leasing process from enquiry to move-in, delivering a smooth experience for tenants and landlords.

This role covers inspections, listing management, rental applications, and coordination with virtual assistants. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, with excellent communication and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, sales support, or strong customer service with an interest in real estate.
• Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• A reliable car and current driver's licence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work Saturdays (not every Saturday).

A growing national property advisory and management business is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant / Leasing Manager to support its expanding property management portfolio across Melbourne's south-east.

This privately owned firm provides strategic property advice, portfolio management and transactional support to a select client base, combining industry expertise with structured systems and strong operational support.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of leasing and delivering excellent service to both tenants and landlords.

The Role

This role will see you managing the leasing process from enquiry through to tenant move-in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective tenants and property owners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting property inspections (onsite and virtual)
