Ray White Sutherland Shire is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team from the Kirrawee office. You’ll conduct open homes, manage tenant enquiries, and process tenancy applications to deliver a smooth leasing experience for landlords and tenants.

The successful candidate will have solid leasing experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a current driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle to support a busy, collaborative team.

• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Conduct open homes and private inspections.
• Manage tenant enquiries and follow up prospective tenants.
• Process tenancy applications.
• Leasing administration and prepare documentation.
• Support our BDM with new properties coming into the business.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and the wider Property Management team.
• Help ensure properties are leased efficiently and clients receive a great experience.
