Job summary

Ray White Sutherland Shire is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team from the Kirrawee office. You’ll conduct open homes, manage tenant enquiries, and process tenancy applications to deliver a smooth leasing experience for landlords and tenants.

The successful candidate will have solid leasing experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a current driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle to support a busy, collaborative team.

Job description

We’re looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team at Ray White Sutherland Shire.

Based in our Kirrawee office, you’ll work closely with our Business Development Manager and wider Property Management team, helping to create a smooth and positive leasing experience for our landlords and tenants.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has solid leasing experience, enjoys being out and about meeting people, and loves being part of a busy, supportive team.

The Role

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Managing tenant enquiries and following up prospective tenants
• Processing tenancy applications
• Leasing administration and preparing documentation
• Supporting our BDM with new properties coming into the business
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and the wider Property Management team
• Helping ensure properties are leased efficiently and our clients receive a great experience

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Leasing experienced desirable
• Strong communication and people skills
• Great organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence dealing with landlords and prospective tenants
• The ability to manage a busy workload and stay on top of follow-up
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
