Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to advance their real estate career in Sydney's southern suburbs. You’ll join a leading, multi-office network offering strong support, mentorship, and clear opportunities for long-term progression.

The role sits within a collaborative property management division with a reputable agency and a busy, fast-paced environment. Monday to Saturday with a weekday off supports work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Leasing Consultant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open homes, private viewings and property inspections.
• Manage leasing enquiries and liaise with prospective tenants.
• Process rental applications and reference checks.
• Support Property Managers with leasing processes.
• Coordinate inspections and assist with leasing administration.
• Build relationships with tenants and clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the agency professionally.

The Role

• Conduct open homes, private viewings and property inspections
• Manage leasing enquiries and liaise with prospective tenants

• Support Property Managers with all aspects of the leasing process
• Coordinate inspections and assist with leasing administration
• Build positive relationships with prospective tenants and existing clients
• Assist the property management team with general administrative and ad hoc dutiesDeliver exceptional customer service and represent the agency professionally

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a Leasing Consultant position is essential
• Hold a current Certificate of Registration (COR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for real estate
• Eager to develop their skills and progress within the industry
