Christian Adam Recruitment in Sydney's southern suburbs is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join an established real estate agency in the Sutherland Shire. You will take ownership of the day-to-day leasing process with support from an experienced Property Management team.

This hands-on role includes open homes, private inspections, tenancy applications, and coordinating from enquiry to approval. You will liaise with landlords and tenants, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have the opportunity

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or Property Management experience preferred.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Confident dealing with landlords and prospective tenants.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• Keen to continue developing your real estate career.

An excellent opportunity is available for a Leasing Consultant looking to join an established and highly regarded real estate agency in the Sutherland Shire.

You’ll join an experienced Property Management team where you’ll have the support to do the role well while taking ownership of the day‑to‑day leasing process.
