Qualificações

• Previous real estate experience is advantageous, but attitude and potential matter more.
• A current driver’s licence and NSW Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain) are required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct open homes and private inspections to showcase properties.
• Manage enquiries, applications and tenant follow-up ensuring a smooth leasing process.
• Screen applicants and complete reference checks to secure quality tenants.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to minimise vacancies and secure reliable tenants.
• Coordinate leasing documents and tenant onboarding to ensure compliance and timeliness.
• Deliver a high-quality experience for landlords and tenants at every interaction.

The Role

You'll be at the forefront of our leasing experience, connecting tenants with their next home and ensuring our properties are leased efficiently and professionally.

What you'll be doing:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections

• Managing enquiries, applications and tenant follow-up

• Screening applicants and completing reference checks

• Working with Property Managers to minimise vacancies and secure quality tenants

• Coordinating leasing documentation and tenant onboarding

• Delivering an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants
