Job summary

Ray White United Group in Sydney is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to support our Property Management team. This role focuses on delivering excellent tenant experiences and helping properties achieve strong occupancy.

You will conduct property viewings, prepare lease agreements, keep meticulous records, assist with marketing, and respond promptly to tenant inquiries, collaborating with landlords and our management team to ensure properties are well maintained and tenants are kept

Qualifications

• Preferred but not essential - Experience in a leasing or property management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with tenants and landlords.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• A current Certificate of Registration or Course Completed

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant communications.
• Assist in marketing properties to attract potential tenants through various channels.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the leasing process.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
