Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant or experienced Business Development Manager to join a successful real estate office in Sydney's Inner West. You will progress into a dedicated BDM role, benefit from warm leads, and work within a strong support network.

The role offers a base of $75K-$85K plus commission, with clear progression and excellent training and development opportunities. A NSW real estate license and current CPD are required, with a full-time schedule from

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, business development or property management.
• Leasing Consultant ready to step into BDM or BDM experience welcomed.
• Confident, proactive with targets and commissions.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or real estate license with CPD.
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new management opportunities.
• Follow up and convert warm leads from the sales and property management teams.
• Build relationships with prospective landlords and investors.
• Conduct rental appraisals and new business appointments.
• Assist with leasing across the property management department.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide a high level of service throughout the onboarding process.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the rent roll.

The Role

About You

• Previous experience in leasing, business development or property management
• A Leasing Consultant ready to step into BDM would be highly regarded
• Existing BDM experience is also welcomed
• Confident, proactive and motivated by targets and commissions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and time management
• Professional presentation and phone manner
• Ability to work both independently and within a supportive team environment
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or real estate license with up-to-date CPD
• Current driver's license and reliable, well-presented vehicle
