Capstone Recruitment is seeking a Leasing Executive to join its Office Leasing team in Sydney CBD. You will manage a portfolio of office assets, partner with landlords, and drive leasing outcomes in a high-demand market.

You will canvass prospects, assess assets, develop leasing strategies, and run end-to-end leasing campaigns, including negotiations and deal closure. autonomous work style and client-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in office leasing or commercial real estate.
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or working towards).
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset.
