Job summary

The Agency Group Australia is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for our Property Management division in Western Australia. You will grow the portfolio by nurturing referrals and investor relationships, converting leads into long-term clients, and delivering high-quality client experiences.

You will leverage our established brand, internal sales network and leadership team to build a scalable growth pipeline across the Perth market and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled at building and maintaining referral relationships within a large internal network.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present services to landlords and investors.
• Proactive, positive attitude with strong follow-up and organisational skills.
• Knowledgeable about real estate, property management, leasing or sales.
• Current real estate registration or licence is required.
• Ability to represent the brand professionally to potential clients.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our property management portfolio, build strong relationships, and convert quality referrals into long-term clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong referral relationships with our large internal sales team

• Attending appraisals and presenting our property management services
• Developing local market relationships and new business opportunities
• Working closely with our experienced property management leadership team
• Delivering a professional, high-quality client experience from first contact through to onboarding

About You

You are confident, motivated and commercially minded. You enjoy building relationships, following up opportunities and winning new business. You understand the value of great service, strong communication and a professional presentation.

You may already be an experienced Property Management BDM, or you may be a high-performing real estate professional ready to step into a dedicated growth role.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in real estate, property management, leasing or sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence presenting to landlords and investors
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills
