Job summary

Carpentaria is a not-for-profit organisation delivering Disability and Therapy Services in Darwin. The Learning and Workforce Capability Manager will lead the workforce capability function to ensure staff develop the necessary knowledge, skills and verified competencies across programs.

Working with Human Resources and program directors, you will identify capability needs, align learning priorities with participant outcomes and regulatory requirements, and report to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in operational learning or workforce capability in disability/health sectors.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to analyse workforce capability data and prepare reports for senior leaders.
• Experience collaborating with HR, program directors and governance committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead Carpentaria's workforce capability function to ensure staff have required competencies.
• Identify learning priorities aligned with participant outcomes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, program directors and operational leaders.
• Prepare high-quality reports for senior leaders and governance committees.
