Purpose
The Learning and Workforce Capability Manager is responsible for leading Carpentaria's workforce capability function, ensuring employees develop, maintain and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and verified competencies required to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred services across all programs. Working in partnership with Human Resources, Program Directors and operational leaders, the role identifies workforce capability needs and aligns learning priorities with participant outcomes, organisational risk, legislative requirements and continuous improvement objectives.
