Job summary

CQUniversity in Rockhampton is seeking a Workforce Capability Partner to design, develop and deliver engaging learning and development initiatives that build capability across our diverse workforce.

You will work with stakeholders to identify capability needs, develop practical learning solutions and support enterprise-wide capability programs, learning resources and LMS administration.

Qualifications

• You will possess a relevant degree with subsequent experience or an equivalent mix of education and work.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary methodologies.
• Experience with corporate systems and learning management software.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning initiatives across modalities.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and build practical solutions.
• Deliver enterprise-wide capability programs and learning resources.
• Support and administer LMS, facilitate training, and drive continuous development.
