You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability needs, create high-quality resources, support LMS systems, and drive a culture of continuous development. The role spans eLearning, workshops, data analysis and SME collaboration.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree with experience in learning and development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern methodologies.
• Experience using corporate systems and learning management software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging learning initiatives for a diverse workforce.
• Support enterprise-wide capability programs and administer learning management systems.
• Facilitate training, analyse learning data and partner with subject matter experts.
