Job summary

Sydney Adventist Hospital is seeking a Learning Systems Administrator in our Education team to ensure smooth operation of learning, onboarding and workforce compliance across the organisation.

You will work across LMS, event platforms and HR systems, manage access, maintain records, deliver data-driven reports, and drive continuous improvement through smarter processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems administration or LMS admin in data-focused roles.
• Strong reporting, Excel and data management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in healthcare, education or training compliance environments.
• Able to navigate back-end systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage learning systems, onboarding platforms, HRIS and event tools.
• Extract data, produce reports, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate events in Humanitix and onboarding pathways in PageUp.
• Maintain training records in iChris and support system upgrades.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven process enhancements.
