Job summary

Sydney Adventist Hospital is seeking a Learning Systems Administrator in our Education team to ensure smooth operation of learning, onboarding and workforce compliance across the organisation.

You will work across LMS, event platforms and HR systems, manage access, maintain records, deliver data-driven reports, and drive continuous improvement through smarter processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems administration or LMS admin in data-focused roles.
• Strong reporting, Excel and data management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in healthcare, education or training compliance environments.
• Able to navigate back-end systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement.

What You Will Be Doing In This Role

As the Learning Systems Administrator in our Education team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the systems that support learning, onboarding and workforce compliance across the organisation. Working across a range of learning management systems, event platforms and HR systems, you'll manage user access, maintain accurate records and ensure data is up to date, reliable and compliant.

You'll be responsible for extracting and analysing data, producing reports, and supporting the integration of information between systems. From coordinating event registrations in Humanitix to managing onboarding pathways through PageUp and maintaining training records in iChris, you'll help deliver a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders.

This role will make a real impact through continuous improvement. You'll identify smarter ways of working, enhance reporting capabilities, support system upgrades and leverage technology to improve processes, data quality and user experience. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Who We Are Looking For

You’ll be a naturally organised systems administrator who loves working with data, enjoys solving problems, and is motivated by improving processes and technology. This is an excellent opportunity to make a newly created role your own while contributing to a highly engaged and supportive team.

• Experience in systems administration, LMS administration or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong reporting, Excel and data management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working in a compliance-driven environment such as healthcare, education or training.
• Confidence navigating the back-end of systems and troubleshooting issues.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and Forms, will be highly regarded.
• A proactive, self-motivated problem solver who enjoys improving systems, processes and user experiences.
