Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high-level expertise in teaching and learning practice.
• Model classroom practice including teaching demonstrations and peer coaching.
• Lead school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning and delivery.
• Provide professional learning and resources for staff via Professional Learning Communities.
• Offer feedback to teachers and guidance on data-informed instruction.
