• SC1: Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to model exemplary teaching across the curriculum.
• SC2: Demonstrated expertise in high impact teaching strategies and using data to inform learning growth.
• SC3: Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess student learning and provide feedback to students and parents.
• SC4: Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with students, colleagues and the community.
• SC5: Demonstrated ability to model and facilitate school-based professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the professional development budget and allocate resources to maximise outcomes; align PL activities with the School Strategic Plan.
