Qualifications

• Must hold VIT registration and be eligible to teach in Victoria.
• Evidence of postgraduate level initial teacher education accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Model high‑quality teaching and learning in the classroom.
• Deliver teaching demonstration lessons and provide feedback to teachers.
• Mentor and coach teachers to improve practice.
• Lead school‑wide professional learning and PLC activities.
• Use student data to inform instruction and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement school improvement strategies.
