Job summary

Monford Group in Perth seeks a creative, hands-on learning and training expert to design and optimise our company systems and digital content. Based at our Perth Head Office with regular site travel, you will engage with teams across the business to ensure our learning initiatives drive performance and adoption.

You will design, audit, and deliver engaging training programs, build eLearning content for LMS platforms, and collaborate with IT and operations to maximise system value for staff

Qualifications

5+ years in training coordination/content creation roles and LMS experience.
Experience building eLearning content within LMS platforms.
Advanced experience with Microsoft and Adobe systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and promote learning programs and workshops.
Audit existing e-learning materials for alignment with learning goals.
Engage with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
Provide technical expertise during training sessions and act as Power User for systems.
