Job summary

ServiceRocket in Hobart, Australia is seeking a Crew Member Learning Solutions Specialist to drive customer engagement through tailored learning and certification experiences. You will ensure learning is embedded in the customer journey, from onboarding to maturity, conducting needs assessments and building training plans with data-driven tracking to prove impact.

You will collaborate with content developers, account teams and partners to design journeys, deliver live sessions, and measure ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles or training in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Proven ability to design learning journeys and training plans.
• Strong Atlassian ecosystem knowledge (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify customer skill gaps.
• Create customized learning paths with courses, workshops and documentation.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of live learning sessions.
• Track progress with data-driven metrics and report ROI.
• Collaborate with content developers and partners to orchestrate learning experiences.
• Advise on adoption strategies to increase customer maturity.
• Solve obstacles to learning success through consultative problem solving.
