Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Customer Enablement Architect to design and lead talent-transformation programs across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Training Delivery, and Operations to tailor learning solutions that drive customer success and adoption.

You should have 5+ years in Customer Enablement or related fields, with a proven ability to create prototypes or enablement tools, and a strong track record in executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer enablement, talent transformation, training, customer success or consulting.
• Proven ability to design and lead enablement programs across regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead customer enablement and talent-transformation programs across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Training Delivery and Operations to tailor learning solutions.
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, program quality and execution of customer development plans.
• Track and report training bookings, revenue, learners, credentials and adoption with data-driven insights.
• Engage with senior leaders to align enablement priorities with business goals.
