Job summary

Downer is seeking a Learning Coordinator within the Training Compliance AU team for a full-time permanent role. The position can be based in Adelaide, Sydney or Brisbane, supporting reporting, training options, and LMS administration to ensure compliant, cost-effective training.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, schedule sessions, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain accurate training records, with a focus on high-volume data handling and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Sound administration skills and high attention to detail.
• High level of communication skills, both written and verbal, with sound ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience and accuracy in a high-volume data / administration environment.
• Demonstrated experience with databases / LMS.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded but not essential.
