Job summary

VetPartners is seeking an enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. You’ll coordinate engaging development programs, manage our Learning Management System (ELMO), and create digital learning content for clinics across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you’ll support program design, analytics, logistics, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high‑quality learning experiences in a hybrid, four‑day Macquarie Park

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR Coordination.
• Qualifications in Graphic design, Learning & Development, Education or a related discipline (or equivalent).
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (ELMO experience highly regarded).
• Proficient at using Microsoft Office, and digital content creation tools such as Canva.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of learning programs, workshops, webinars and leadership development initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (ELMO), including course creation, learner enrolments, reporting and system administration.
• Create engaging learning resources using Canva, Runway, Whatfix and Synthesia.
• Support the design and continuous improvement of digital, blended, and face-to-face learning experiences.
• Produce learning reports and insights to measure participation, compliance and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate training logistics, communications, calendars and stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop and update learning content.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, resources and the overall learner experience.
• Provide administrative support across Learning & Development projects and initiatives.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you'll be at the heart of our learning function, coordinating engaging development programs, managing our Learning Management System, creating digital learning content, and helping bring innovative learning initiatives to life.

What you'll be doing

You'll also bring:

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR Coordination.
• Qualifications in Graphic design, Learning & Development, Education or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (ELMO experience highly regarded)
• Proficient at using Microsoft Office, and digital content creation tools such as Canva
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement
