Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Training Product Development & Deployment Specialist in Perth for a 6-9 month contract with immediate start. You will design, develop and deploy eLearning and blended learning solutions, collaborating with SMEs to translate technical content into engaging learning experiences and delivering projects on time.

The role requires strong instructional design and hands-on eLearning creation using Articulate 360, Storyline or Rise, with experience delivering learning

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design and learning design experience.
• Hands-on eLearning content development using Articulate 360, Storyline or Rise.
• Proven experience delivering learning products from needs analysis through deployment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and SME consultation skills.
• Excellent written communication and content development capabilities.
• Autonomous and proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Create engaging learning content using Articulate 360, Storyline and/or Rise.
• Collaborate with SMEs to extract technical information and translate it into learning experiences.
• Manage multiple learning development projects concurrently.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend learning solutions.
• Develop facilitator guides, learner resources, assessments and supporting materials.
• Ensure training products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Coordinate testing, reviews and deployment activities.
