Job summary

Penrith Christian School – Orchard Hills NSW is seeking a committed Christian educator to join the Learning Enrichment team. You will identify and support students with learning needs, document adjustments, and write Individual Plans in collaboration with teachers, specialists and families.

You will contribute to a whole-school approach to literacy and numeracy development, maintain records of differentiation, and foster innovative, team-based practices within a Christ-centred learning community.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify and support students with learning needs
• Experience in Educational Support or teaching roles
• Knowledge of NCCD requirements
• Experience writing and managing Individual Plans
• Experience with small group intervention programs is desirable
• Strong collaboration with staff, students and families

Responsibilities

• Identify, document and program for students requiring adjustments to learning, focusing on literacy and numeracy development
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists and families
• Write and manage Individual Plans
• Support teachers with differentiation strategies and staff capacity building
• Use ICT tools to enhance learning and data tracking
