• SC3: Experience monitoring, assessing and using data to inform teaching and provide feedback to students and parents.
• SC4: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families and community.
• SC5: Aligns with Department values; commits to reflective practice and ongoing professional learning.
• SC6: Local Criterion: demonstrated capacity to deliver targeted teaching and IEP-aligned adjustments.
