Job summary

Northern Bay P-12 College in Geelong is seeking a dedicated teacher to deliver engaging learning across our multi-campus model. The role focuses on applying rigorous curriculum, supporting diverse learners and implementing high-impact teaching strategies.

You will use data to inform planning, monitor progress, and provide timely feedback to students and families. Collaboration with campus teams, Allied Health and welfare supports is emphasised to promote wellbeing and achievement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to teach literacy and numeracy.
• Experience in planning high impact teaching strategies.
• Ability to monitor and assess student learning using data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional learning and reflective practice.
• Capable of collaborating with staff, students and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high-impact teaching strategies across year levels.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data.
• Collaborate with campus teams and the College Inclusive Practices Leader.
