Job summary

Frontline Recruitment is assisting a well-regarded independent college on the Gold Coast to hire a Learning Support educator for Terms 4 2026 to 1 2027. The successful candidate will work with Years 9 to 11, supporting student coursework, organisation and exam provisions.

Preferred is a Bachelor of Education with QCT registration or eligibility, plus experience with differentiated instruction and small groups. Australian working rights required, competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor of Education with QCT registration or eligibility.
• Experience teaching smaller groups with targeted, differentiated instruction.
• Confidence supporting students with executive functioning, organisation and study skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Learning Enhancement students across Years 9–11 through in-class aid and dedicated LE classes.
• Help students consolidate coursework, build organisation and executive functioning skills, and access approved exam provisions.
