Whitefriars College in Melbourne seeks a Learning Diversity Case Manager, a qualified teacher with experience in additional needs to support students with diverse learning needs. You will implement targeted, evidence-based strategies within MTSS, lead Tier 2/3 interventions, develop personalised plans, and liaise with teachers and families.

A classroom teaching load is included in this ongoing role. Commencement is early 2027; applications close 4.00pm on Thursday, 22 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Requires a teaching qualification with additional qualifications or experience in additional needs, learning support or intervention.
• Experience operating within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework and leading Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
• Ability to develop Personalised Learning Plans and modify curriculum plans with teachers.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support MTSS interventions (Tier 2/3).
• Collaborate with teachers, House Leaders, families, and allied professionals to plan and monitor student support.
• Coordinate and lead Students Support Group meetings and contribute to data gathering for NCCD.
• Maintain teaching load and participate in College life.
