Job summary

St Michael's School in Melbourne is seeking a Learning Diversity Leader on a 0.6 FTE ongoing basis. You will work under the Principal to oversee programs and resources supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with learning disabilities and EAL backgrounds.

You will coordinate intervention programs, manage LSOs timetables, support PLPs, and lead NCCD data and PSGs for funded students, collaborating with families and external providers to ensure full curriculum access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee educational programs and resources for students with diverse learning needs.
• Coordinate intervention programs and timetables for Learning Support Officers; support teachers with adjustments in Personalised Learning Plans.
• Lead NCCD data collection and PSG coordination for funded students; liaise with families and external providers to ensure inclusive access.
