Job summary

Whitefriars College Donvale is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Diversity Case Manager to commence at the start of 2027. The role combines classroom teaching with targeted support for students with diverse learning needs, within an MTSS framework.

You will collaborate with teachers, families and allied professionals to develop and monitor Personalised Learning Plans, lead Tier 2 and 3 interventions, and contribute to NCCD evidence gathering while supporting ongoing curriculum access.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with additional qualifications or experience in learning support or intervention.
• Experience implementing MTSS and supporting diverse learners.
• Strong collaboration with families, teachers and allied professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions under MTSS.
• Develop and monitor Personalised Learning Plans.
• Maintain and report data to inform student supports (NCCD).
• Balance a classroom teaching load with learning support duties.
