Job summary

Grit Empowerment is seeking a Learning And Development Specialist to join our rapidly expanding global company as an independent contractor. This role offers independence, flexibility and portability to work from anywhere while contributing to our personal development and leadership programs.

You will design and deliver marketing campaigns, source leads, conduct scripted interviews, coach teammates, and participate in ongoing training and development calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a FT paid business role.
• Strong interest in personal growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
