Responsibilities

• Provide support in delivering learning and development programs for internal staff.
• Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing training resources for streamlined delivery.
• Help track, analyse and audit L&D processes and documents.
• Provide admin and logistical support to team members and regional officers.
• Prepare high-quality written materials (reports, guides, presentations).
• Disseminate minutes, agendas, emails and reports accurately.
• Work autonomously and with the team to meet deadlines and manage resources.
