Job summary

Sharon AI in Sydney is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our learning, capability and organisational development strategy. The role offers a hybrid model between the Sydney office and home-based work, reporting to the Head of HR.

You will build and scale programs from the ground up, partnering with leaders to close capability gaps and develop leadership capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Learning & Development/Organisational Development experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience designing organisation-wide learning and leadership programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Sharon AI’s learning and organisational development strategy.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Design and deliver leadership development, manager capability and onboarding programs.
• Own and administer our Learning Management System (LMS), including content, pathways and reporting.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design and change management initiatives.
• Build coaching and mentoring frameworks across the business.
• Manage the L&D calendar, budget and external learning partners.
• Measure impact using feedback and data to continuously improve programs.
• Champion AI and learning tech to personalise and scale learning experiences.
• Oversee compliance-related training and completion requirements.
