Job summary

JCDecaux in Sydney is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to design, deliver and evaluate programs that boost employee and leader skills. You will play a key role in ensuring access to targeted learning resources and coordinating all L&D activities.

You will manage LMS content (CrossKnowledge, Chameleon Creator), curate digital resources, and coordinate annual calendars and events while providing frontline support. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to grow across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning programs.
• Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to facilitate learning sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist design of companywide learning programs (e-Learning, face-to-face).
• Own and manage learning content to drive access to resources.
• Design and manage e-learning content (Chameleon Creator).
• Monitor program evaluations and identify improvements.
• Coordinate internal communications and calendar for L&D resources.
