Bring your expertise in Learning and Development to assist with supporting and developing contemporary approaches to learning and support with the implementation of learning initiatives. What you will need:

• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, be well organised, efficient and able to work with minimal supervision to manage set tasks.
• Be comfortable working in a busy, complex environment.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders to identify priority learning needs and implement programs.
• Have some knowledge of organisational learning and development and adult learning principles, and a desire to further develop skills and knowledge in the aged care sector.
• Be able to undertake assessment and analysis of evaluation data to identify opportunities for improvement in program offerings and / or implementation processes.
