Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to build a capable, connected and engaged workforce. You will contribute to learning, leadership and organisational development initiatives across the People, Safety and Culture branch.

You will develop practical learning resources and coordinate programs while using insights to enhance employee experience and onboarding across the Council.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating programs, workshops, projects or workforce initiatives, with strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to develop learning resources, communications, guides and reports that are practical, clear and user-friendly.
• Strong administrative and systems skills, including maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting activities and managing competing priorities.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with an interest in employee development, organisational culture and continuous improvement.
• Qualifications in HR, Training and Assessment, Business Administration, Organisational Development or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coordinate and evaluate learning, leadership and organisational development initiatives to support employee growth and organisational success.
• Coordinate programs and resources, working with stakeholders to improve employee experience.
• Contribute to workforce capability and onboarding across the Council.
