Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced instructional design professional for a 6-month project to create Community Services learning programs for frontline employment services teams. The role focuses on designing learning solutions, content development, and collaboration with internal and external SMEs to build capability across the business.

You'll design programs across modalities, translate complex information into practical learning, and manage multiple projects to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Significant instructional design experience across all learning modalities.
• Commercially minded, designing learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Analytical and solutions-focused, using data and insights to identify capability gaps.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning programs across multiple learning modalities.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leaders to translate complex information into practical learning solutions.
• Research and source external learning programs and providers to meet learning needs.
• Manage multiple learning projects, delivering outcomes on time and within scope.
• Monitor learning effectiveness, completion rates and feedback to drive improvements.
• Support LMS administration, ensuring compliance and mandatory training requirements are met.
• Facilitate engaging training programs for diverse audiences across Australia.
