Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced instructional design professional for a 6-month project to create Community Services-based learning programs for frontline employment teams. You will design solutions, develop content, and collaborate with internal and external experts to build capability across the business.

This is a design-focused role, not traditional training facilitation. You will work across Australia, partnering with stakeholders and managing multiple projects to deliver on time

Qualifications

• Significant instructional design experience across all learning modalities.
• Commercially minded, designing learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with ability to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning programs across multiple learning modalities.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leaders to translate complex information into practical learning solutions.
• Research and source external learning programs and providers to meet learning needs.
• Manage multiple learning projects, delivering outcomes on time and within scope.
• Monitor learning effectiveness, completion rates and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Support LMS administration, ensuring compliance and mandatory training requirements are met.
• Facilitate engaging training programs for diverse audiences across Australia.
