Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Learning Support Coordinator in Melbourne to help universities redesign assessment and scale pilots. This hybrid role is ideal for someone early in their career with enthusiasm for learning design and higher education.

You'll work with a Learning Support Manager to onboard academics, coordinate onboarding sessions, and run workshops, while growing into assessment design and AI-enabled improvements.

• Early in career with energy, drive and a knack for bringing people with you.
• Strong communication and collaboration with academics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pilots schedules, onboarding and milestones for academics.
• Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for academics and help them maximise Cadmus.
• Deliver workshops and training; co-facilitate, then lead standard sessions.
• Grow into assessment design and advise on simpler design questions.
• Share field feedback with Learning and Product teams to inform improvements.
