Cadmus is hiring a Learning Support Manager to work remotely with universities globally. You will run workshops, advise on assessment redesign, and support teachers through pilots and enterprise rollouts. The role demands pedagogy-first thinking, AI literacy, and credibility in academic settings.

You will cultivate strong relationships with academics, deliver measurable improvements in assessment outcomes, and help Cadmus scale adoption across international institutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and running learning experiences for learners.
• Deep grounding in pedagogy – the kind that shapes how you see a problem, not just how you talk about it.
• Experience supporting users through software adoption in a complex organisational environment.
• A warm, confident presence one‑on‑one and in front of a room.
• Strong writing. The ability to move between institutional leaders and frontline academics without losing your thread.
• You care about the craft of teaching and learning. Assessment overhaul is not a feature of this job — it is the point.

Responsibilities
