Job summary

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Capability Development Partner to raise capability across the organisation. You will design and deliver learning workshops, programs and behavioural safety training, and manage learning through the online system.

As part of the People and Capability team, you will turn adult-learning principles into engaging blended solutions, enjoy a dynamic environment and help 80+ professions grow. Hybrid role in Strathpine with 2 days WFH.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilitation and learning and development.
• Ability to create engaging blended learning solutions.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver capability development learning workshops.
• Deliver organisation-wide capability development programs including behavioural safety training.
• Monitor and manage learning via the online learning system.
