Job summary

Peoplebank in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Capability Officer to support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of project management capability within a large organisation. You will uplift project delivery maturity through learning programs, digital content and strong stakeholder engagement.

• LMS admin and learning program coordination.
• eLearning design/development using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Strong stakeholder engagement.
• Reporting and dashboards with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project capability programs and compliance activities.
• Administer L&D initiatives and LMS activities (learners, reporting, content deployment).
• Develop and enhance eLearning and digital learning solutions.
• Apply instructional design/adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences.
• Build dashboards/reports to track learning outcomes and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement across capability tools, processes and resources.

About the Role:
