Job summary

Victaulic in Brisbane, Australia, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to shape how our people learn, develop, and grow across ANZ. As the first dedicated L&D resource in ANZ, you will build and influence learning programs with leaders, HR, and our Global L&D team.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, designing leadership, professional, technical, and commercial programs, delivering workshops, tracking learning impact, and supporting career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or similar HR role.
• Proven ability to design and deliver corporate learning programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, face-to-face and virtual.
• Experience working with leaders to develop capability and performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience measuring learning outcomes and business impact.
• Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally throughout Southeast Asia.
• Able to work on-site full-time from Eagle Farm office.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and facilitate learning and development programs across leadership, professional, technical, and commercial capability areas.
• Deliver engaging workshops and learning experiences both in person and virtually.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical development solutions.
• Facilitate leadership development programs and support managers in building coaching and people leadership skills.
• Develop career pathways, mentoring initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs that support employee growth and succession planning.
• Contribute to improving the employee experience through onboarding, induction, and early-career development initiatives.
• Manage learning programs end-to-end, including planning, delivery, measurement, evaluation, and reporting.
• Track learning effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on broader learning and talent development initiatives.
• Support HR projects by providing L&D expertise across talent, engagement, and workforce development activities.
