Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate training, manage the LMS, support onboarding and compliance training, and design engaging eLearning content. Based at our Leichhardt head office with the option to work fully or partly remote.

You will maintain training records, develop learning pathways, create assessments, report on learning insights, and partner with subject matter experts to keep training current.

Qualifications

• Experience in an L&D Administration or Coordinator role.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing training records, reporting and administration processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience within Healthcare or a regulated environment.
• Experience using LMS platforms, ideally Litmos (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development activities and onboarding modules.
• Maintain LMS records and generate monthly reports for stakeholders.
• Design engaging eLearning modules and assessments.
• Review and maintain learning materials for currency and quality.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training content.
• Act as the first point of contact for L&D queries and support managers with compliance.
