The Opportunity
Technology at ForHealth is responsible for the systems, infrastructure, cyber security, digital platforms and operational technology that support healthcare delivery across Australia. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Technology Enablement Lead to help keep the function running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that sits at the centre of the Technology team, coordinating initiatives, driving follow-through, producing clear communications and making sure commitments become outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
This role will be variable with each day likely to throw a different challenge. One day you may be producing reporting and communications, the next managing a small project, supporting a budget process, coordinating vendors or helping remove roadblocks for the team.

You will be a naturally curious individual with very strong organisational skills. You will be a team player with excellent communication who wants to help those around you. You have no concerns taking ownership of tough assignments and pride yourself on delivering solutions. You will have been in a business, operations or coordination role in the past with experience supporting a senior leader. You may not be a technologist, but you are technologically literate and can credibly translate for the business. Most importantly, you're the kind of person who notices when something has been forgotten, follows up when others won't, and takes pride in helping a team operate at its best.
